For ages 7+
Come and join Vickie Orton for a fun morning where you can learn to make your own kites and puppets using a range of upcycled and recycled materials. We provide the materials, Vickie provides the instruction, and you get to take home your very own kite and puppet.

Come and meet Schubaer – the story of Franz Schubert and Friends.
Franz Schubaer invites you to an afternoon Schubertiada – he’ll tell you all about his short but music filled life and you’ll be able to hear some of the 1000 pieces he composed, performed live by fabulous musicians.
Bringing your own picnic is optional!
For ages 8+
Joining us for this lunchtime recital is Stuart Ironside. A Cardiff Universitay graduate, he has won performance awards and will be starting his Masters degree at Trinity Laban University in London in September.
Tea/coffee and biscuits included in ticket price.

For ages 7+
Dawn Feather is back for a day of filming making for all you budding directors and producers. Dawn, a professional film maker, will help you create plasticine characters and design your animation sets. Then using storyboard and istopmotion software you will create your own short films based on a chosen theme. Once filmed, you can edit, add sound fx’s and voiceovers to your movies. All equipment and materials provided.
Children should bring their own packed lunch if staying all day for both sessions.

Come and join Junior STEM for fantastic Lego fun. Back by popular demand Junior STEM specialise in computer and engineering technology, and this summer is the chance for all you budding master builders to see your Lego creations come to life. Using computer software, motors and sensors, you can build a hungry alligator and watch its jaws snap! Or build a train, and see it move along. This is a great chance to build all kinds of things and make them move using the power of technology.
Children should bring their own packed lunch, if staying all day for both sessions.
