Local Fundraising and how you can help
Local fundraising has been crucial to the project’s success: huge thanks to all the local groups who have done (and are still doing) benefits for us – it really makes a difference.
We are constantly fundraising- look out for our stalls at the Buttercross in the Market Place; our Summer plant sales; our book sales (checkout the bookshelf in the Foyer for good second hand reads) and all the imaginative events our fundraising committee plans.

Give As You Live – donate while you shop online…
This is a really easy way to support the Courthouse – you download a tiny program which you won’t even notice, and this records when you shop in certain stores online. Each time you shop online in these stores (including loads, from Amazon to Tesco and more in between) the Courthouse will receive a small donation. Over each month and year, this adds up, and as it’s so easy, we hope you’ll join in and support us! Just visit giveasyoulive.com to get started.
Members and Companions Schemes
The Members and Companions of the Courthouse are a very special group who contribute to the Courthouse on a regular basis – every month or once a year. In exchange they get, their programmes get delivered before everyone else, early bird tickets s, receive a newsletter several times a year, and comp tickets to our film screening.
